ARC (A Return to Consciousness) Bodywork Therapy is a unique blend of Energy Work combined with body-centered dialogue and creative journeying. If you’ve ever had the experience of ‘knowing’ all about your issues and ‘understanding’ how your past is affecting you but nothing seems to change, ARC Bodywork Therapy is for you. ARC Bodywork is a body-centered approach to therapy that facilitates a deep internal knowing or awareness by gently by-passing the intellect and allowing the body to speak. ARC brings balance as it strengthens our sense of internal Self-Leadership. By allowing parts of ourselves that we have shut out a voice or connection, they no longer need to vie for attention by expressing themselves physically through pain or disease. ARC creates the possibility for change at a systemic level, accessing the resources within us that carry the knowledge of how we are being limited in life, both emotionally and physically.
